At Marlo the Label, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and garments are in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
